Methacrylate (PMMA), commonly called Plexiglas, is a thermoplastic material, similar to glass; it is rigid, transparent or opaline, it has a good resistance to chemical agents. PMMA sheets can be cut, perforated, milled, folded, glued, etc… All sheets are protected by a polyethylene film on both sides.
